These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that apply when you use the BetCoCo platform. They explain the relationship between us and our users, and describe your obligations when registering, depositing, playing and withdrawing. By creating an account and using our services you agree to follow these terms and any additional rules that apply to specific products or promotions.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Use a valid email, provide true identity information and do not share login credentials. You may only hold one account unless we approve otherwise. We require verification documents before certain actions, including withdrawals. If we suspect fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, bonus abuse or other breaches, we may suspend or close accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.
Eligibility requirements

Acceptable platform use

Prohibited behaviour includes using automated tools or bots, collusion, money-laundering attempts, chargebacks, using VPNs to bypass geo-blocking, and other actions that compromise fair play. We reserve the right to block transactions, confiscate winnings and take legal action if we detect misuse or criminal activity.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions and bonuses are subject to specific terms that may include eligibility, wagering requirements, game contribution rules and expiry times. Only one welcome or similar introductory offer is allowed per person, household or IP unless stated otherwise. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering and other conditions are met. Abuse of promotions may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
Deposits and withdrawals
